IMEI Disclaimer and User Agreement

In certain countries operations with IMEI are prohibited by law. If operations with phone IMEI are illegal in your country you may not use this functionality. By Accepting this document you agree to use this functionality lawfully and in full compliance with local laws. You agree not to use this function for any illegal activity.

You Agree that user is solely responsible for unlawful use of this function and for the consequences of such use. The supplier CAN NOT be held liable for any violations of law you undertake using this product and for any damages arising from your use of this product.

By installing or otherwise using this this “SOFTWARE”, You agree to the terms of this User Agreement.

This User Agreement (“Contract offer”) is a legal agreement between you and Miracle Team with regard to the software (henceforth referred to as “SOFTWARE PRODUCT” or “SOFTWARE” provided with this Use Agreement (“Contract offer”).

This User Agreement is conditional upon, and can be accepted only upon, the terms and conditions specified in this User Agreement.

If User has previously proposed or subsequently proposes any terms that add to, vary from, or conflict with the terms of this User Agreement, Miracle Team hereby objects to and rejects such terms.

This User Agreement and these Terms contain the entire understanding and agreement of the parties with respect to its subject matter and also the terms used in this User agreement are interpreted by the parties equally.

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT includes software, any “online” or electronic documentation.

Use of any software and related documentation (“SOFTWARE”) provided to you by Miracle Team in whatever form, will constitute your acceptance of these terms.

If you do not agree with the terms of this User Agreement, do not download, install, copy or use the “SOFTWARE”.

PURPOSE OF USE

Software is intended for the servicing of mobile phones with purpose to improve your phone performance and increase its value.

This Software will be (or may be) updated on a regular free basis or paid basis. We have right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the whole/any part of this Software with or without notice.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE

Software or some of its features may be considered as illegal in some countries.

When you start using the software, you confirm that you are familiar with the laws and restrictions in the region / country where you use the software.

You acknowledge and agree that you are the legal owner of the computer or device onto which the software is installed.

You agree to the terms of this agreement and acknowledge that Miracle Team is not responsible for any damage to you or your device, as well as for any legal or legal consequences that may result of the using, abuse or misuse of this software.

You are notified and agree that the team of Miracle Team does not approve and categorically opposes the use of the software for illegal purposes.

Even the legal use of this product, if it violates the rights of third parties, is prohibited.

LIMITATIONS

This software, artwork, sound, and additional components included in this product (collectively referred to herein as the “Software”) are the property of Miracle Team.

Miracle Team is the sole owner of Software. User have right to use the” Software” only on own computer or device onto which the software is installed.

User shall not reverse-engineer, de compile, disassemble, translate, copy, modify, otherwise change “Software”, or part thereof (including without limitation any software provided by Miracle Team).

User shall have no right to try attempt any other manner obtain source code for any “Software” provided by Miracle Team.

User shall have no right to transmit the “Software” over a network, by telephone or electronically using any means.

You acknowledge and agree that if you use partly, wholly or plat formally upgraded software, software algorithm or upgraded software algorithm, you will be obliged to indemnify Miracle Team material damage caused by, but not limited to, the above actions.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY

The “Software” is provided “AS IS” AND Miracle Team and suppliers that sell “Software” disclaim all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement.

Miracle Team has no obligation to support or to provide any updates of the Software.

Miracle Team does not warrant that the functions contained in, or services performed or provided by, the “SOFTWARE” will meet your requirements, that the operation of the “SOFTWARE” or services will be uninterrupted or error free, or that defect in the “SOFTWARE” or services will be corrected.

No oral or written information or advice given by Miracle Team or Suppliers have no binding guarantee.

If the “SOFTWARE” is found to be defective, you assume all the cost of all the necessary maintenance, repair or repair.
